Currency: Prices are shown in the currency or currencies each artist prefer. Payment can be made in other currencies after agreement with the artist. A currency converter is always available when prices are displayed.

Taxes: When you buy art on Konstverket.se, you buy it directly from the artist. Konstverket.se only passes the information from you to the artist and we take no charge for this service. In most cases, artist do not have to pay tax for private transactions. If an artist have to pay tax for selling art, e.g. if the transaction is made via a company owned by the artist, the prices have tax included.

Shipping costs, delivery and payment: Each artist specifies information on delivery, shipping costs and payment methods accepted. Click on "information" on the artist's exhibition page for information.

14 days refund rights: Swedish law (2000:274) applies when buying art from Konstverket.se's art exhibition. The work of art must be returned to the artist in the same condition as you received it. As a buyer you are responsible for that the item is returned in a safe way. Full refund, except for the shipping costs of the return for which you have to pay. Items cannot be send back COD. If you have received an item where damage was caused by the delivery company, contact that company for complaints. Always contact the artist if you have complaints and want to use your refund rights.
