General conditions for publicizing copyright protected
works via www.Konstverket.se.
When you commission Konstverket.se to publicize your works on our web site
www.Konstverket.se, and we confirm that the commission is accepted, the
following conditions apply.
Parties are on one side yourself or a company, on the other side
Konstverket.se. According to the agreement you give Konstverket.se the right of editing and
publicizing your works of art in digital form on the net.
Term of validity
This agreement expires after 12 months. When this happens, all rights
according to the agreement are returned to you. Either party can, at any
time, with immediate effect cancel the agreement. All information that you
have attached to Konstverket.se will then be removed from the web-site.
Concessions of works of art
You guarantee that the objects are original works and that you have
copyright and by that the rights to make agreements about the art product as
well as photographs of it.
You also guarantee that, as far as you know, the works do not infringe on
the copyright of anyone else. By this you exempt Konstverket.se from all
demands and disputes with a third
part.
Grant
You give Konstverket.se the rights of publicizing your works of art in
digital form on the Internet.
Personal data
With this agreement you permit Konstverket.se to put those personal data on
file that are necessary for establishing a customers record and for the
distribution of information abort Konstverket’s activities. Konstverket
cannot be held responsible for the information about works of art that you
have supplied (provided). Konstverket will not hand over personal data to
third party without your consent.
Price of works of art
The price of your works of art advertised at Konstverket.se is decided by
you. Choose your preferred currency or currencies. Tax included (if you have tax
obligations for selling art).
Selling
Konstverket.se acts as an intermediary to your e-mail address for inquiries
from customers regarding the publicized works. Konstverket does not request
any provision or other fee for this service. Konsverket will not be a party
to the selling or distribution of the publicized art works. Complaints made within 14 days should be accepted with full reimbursement to
customer, minus customer’s cost for cargo return.
Changes of services
Konstverket.se has the rights to change extent, structure and function of
the services.
Transference of agreement
Konstverket.se has the rights to transfer its rights and obligations in this
agreement to another juristic person.
